Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Haus of Decors (operated by Synco Labs), we strive to deliver your beautiful artwork as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 2-3 business days
- Custom/Bulk Orders: 5-7 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (India)

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:
- Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
- Europe & North America: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package status using the provided tracking number.
Packaging
All framed posters are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, including:
- Delayed shipments beyond estimated delivery date
- Damaged packages
- Lost packages
- Incorrect delivery address

Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
