At Haus of Decors (operated by Synco Labs), we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

🚨 Important: Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged during shipping.

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.

7-Day Return Window for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you have 7 days from the delivery date to report the issue and initiate a return.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • ✓ Item was damaged during shipping/delivery
  • ✓ Reported within 7 days of delivery
  • ✓ Photographic proof of damage provided
  • ✓ Original packaging retained for inspection

How to Report Damaged Items

Step 1: Document the Damage

Take clear, detailed photographs showing:

  • The damaged product from multiple angles
  • The outer shipping box/packaging (showing any visible damage)
  • The inner protective packaging
  • The product label and order documentation

Step 2: Contact Us Immediately

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Date of delivery
  • Detailed description of the damage
  • All photographs (minimum 3-4 clear photos)
  • Your contact information

Subject Line: "Damaged Item - Order #[Your Order Number]"

Step 3: Wait for Our Response

Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours and determine if the damage qualifies for a return/refund. We may request additional photos or information.

After Claim Approval

Option 1: Replacement

If the item is in stock, we'll ship a replacement at no additional cost. You'll receive tracking information once shipped.

Option 2: Full Refund

If you prefer a refund or the item is out of stock, we'll process a full refund including:

  • Product cost
  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable)

Return Shipping

For Approved Damaged Items:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label, OR
  • You can ship the item and we'll reimburse return shipping costs, OR
  • In some cases, we may not require the damaged item to be returned

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Claim Review: 24-48 hours
  • Refund Initiation: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Bank/Credit Card Credit: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • ✗ Change of mind purchases
  • ✗ Incorrect size selection
  • ✗ Color/design dissatisfaction
  • ✗ Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • ✗ Claims reported after 7-day window
  • ✗ Claims without photographic proof
  • ✗ Custom or personalized orders
  • ✗ Sale or clearance items

Inspection & Verification

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation or photos
  • Inspect returned items before issuing refunds
  • Deny claims that don't meet our damage criteria
  • Report fraudulent claims to appropriate authorities

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Verify the delivery address
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us if still missing after 24 hours

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Delayed Shipments

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Peak season volumes

Contact us if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product (not damage-related), contact us immediately at help@hausofdecors.com with:

  • Photos of the received item
  • Order number
  • Description of what you ordered vs. what you received

We'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at help@hausofdecors.com.

After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Refer to this return policy for damaged items.

We carefully inspect and package every item before shipping. Our quality control process includes:

  • Visual inspection of prints and frames
  • Protective wrapping with bubble wrap
  • Sturdy packaging materials
  • Secure box sealing

  • Be available during delivery window
  • Inspect package immediately upon arrival
  • Don't accept packages with visible damage - refuse delivery or note damage on delivery receipt
